I’d love to leave a positive review but unfortunately after having ordered two pairs of shoes on the 20th April...I am unfortunately still waiting for them to arrive!!!!! I was aware that the delivery would take 5-10 working days plus a further 2 after a bank holiday so with that in mind I didn’t expect them quickly. Like many others on here I received an email to say that they were overwhelmed/covid etc and they would despatch by the 5th. I am now getting a little fed up with the numerous emails from them saying there’s a sale on....really do you think you should be having another sale when you can’t get 2 pairs of shoes out within nearly 3 weeks????? This is my first purchase of Superga trainers and I really hope they fit because I don’t want the hassle of sending them back and waiting for my money to be refunded. I don’t usually complain but I really am very annoyed as having emailed them I’ve just had automatic replies which really isn’t good enough. Just a warning to others if they are looking to purchase some new Supergas.....you’ll have rather a long wait!!!!

Same as all the other reviews. Ordered on the 18th of April. Not received my order. Emailed for a refund. No reply to my request. Email received to review the service/order not received???? Opened a dispute with PayPal. First and last time ordering with this company. Absolutely appalling service, despite the current Covid situation. Do not reply with a generic apology. It helps nobody.

Shoes bought on the 29th April

Shoes bought on the 29th April. 13th May still waiting for confirmation to the delivery. Do not buy shoes here if in a hurry.

Very disappointed with service

I ordered my shoes from Superga 3 weeks ago and still have not received them even though the money was taken straight away. I tried to cancel the order as I decided to order the shoes from elsewhere, I was told I was not allowed to cancel. I have been asked twice to rate my experience and whether I am happy with my purchase. Obviously I am very unhappy with the level of the service and am waiting patiently to receive the shoes so that I can send them straight back.

I find it strange you are asking me my feedback on your product when I still haven’t received my trainers. I have had an email to say there is a high volume of purchases due to the sale but can’t tell you what I think of trainers I haven’t received

Huge delay on orders

The order was placed on the 19th April, and nothing is yet been delivered. We had communication stating the order was delayed and it would be here on the 4th May.....still nothing. Appreciate it is difficult with covid restrictions but it's been nearly 3 weeks now

It took a while for them to come, but worth the wait, lovley fitting and extremely comfortable, I will definitely be ordering more

Dreadful

2 weeks later still haven’t received…

2 weeks later still haven’t received the order! Company is still advertising its sale... perhaps they should focus on getting the orders they have already taken the money for out to the customers.

Delivered an order 3 weeks late…

You delivered an order 3 weeks late AFTER I told you to cancel it and are now refusing to pay for the return. If necessary I will take this up with trading standards so can I ask that you respond to my request with a returns label. Order number 510888493I will keep leaving messages for you here as my emails go unanswered.

Where are my trainers?

Superga has asked for this review before delivering my trainers- looking at previous reviews I’m fearing we’ve all been scammed here, page after page not one positive review. No contact about delays. COVID is not new here, why sell something with a delivery estimate and then blame COVID 19 on the poor service. I’ve bought lots online since March 2020 and this is THE worst customer experience.
